Aldea del Coto Apartment is located in a well-kept residential complex between the center of Chiclana de la Frontera and the popular, long La Barrosa Beach. It accommodates up to 5 guests. The ground-floor apartment features a living-dining room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds), and a bathroom. You will also find fans, heating, and a TV. Outside, enjoy a private, partially covered and furnished terrace, as well as a spacious shared garden—perfect for relaxing holidays—with a barbecue area, 2 pools, 2 children’s pools (about 40 cm deep), and outdoor showers. A shopping center and a restaurant are nearby. More restaurants, bars, and the beach are 1.5 km away. The shared pool is open approximately from mid-June to mid-September. Parking is available on the property and on the street. One pet is allowed. Please note that there may be government water regulations during your stay, which could affect pool use, garden watering, or limit tap water usage.
